§ 17-7. Same—Commissioners from this parish.

The members of the commission from this parish shall be appointed and shall serve and hold office in accordance with the provisions of Louisiana Revised Statutes, section 33:132.

Editor's note— A resolution adopted Dec. 16, 1993, provided as follows:

"Be it resolved, that members of all Boards, Committees, Commissions, Agencies, etc. appointed by Police Jury [parish council] are recalled and removed, to be reappointed by Parish Government within 90 days after January 3, 1994 unless a Board, Committee, Commission, Agency, etc. is abolished by the new home rule form of government or by the Parish Governing Authority."
