§ 17-3.2. Separate meetings, functions and records.

Although the planning and zoning commission will constitute one (1) combined board, the board shall hold separate meetings addressing its planning functions, and separate meetings addressing its zoning functions and shall keep separate minutes, and provide for pubic notice, advertising and agenda separately for each function.
